I'm Finally in India!

Article Pic

GABRIEL MORRIS: After months of looking forward to it, I've finally arrived in the land of yoga, kundalini and spirituality, India, for the 4th time. I'm in Delhi at the moment, soaking up the amazing sights, sounds, smells, colours, exuberant people and good food.

I plan to travel north by train, to a little village on the Ganges River, where I'll be staying for few months doing yoga and meditation, writing, watching the cows and Hindu pilgrims and spiritual sadhus and being as fully present in the moment as possible.

Buying incense from a street vendor near my hotel in the Paharganj main bazaar, Delhi, India

Walking down a street in the Paharganj district of Delhi, India. Looking for an omelette for breakfast!

An amazing sight, a falcon (I think?) flying back and forth right past the rooftop restaurant for my hotel where I was having breakfast yesterday morning

Congrats! Go for it and thanks for sharing ! I like to read and see what ever you post. I spent one year in India ten years ago. Don't feel to go back for now. I am curious to see your next adventure. I live in Quebec, Canada, in Estrie exactly. Have fun!
